The hustle and bustle of our lives tends to create kinks in the connection to our hearts and what we know is true for us. When this happens we feel anxiety and upset. We all need time to get out of these routines of our hectic lives to see through new eyes, reconnect with ourselves at the deepest levels and share this connection with others in a safe and supportive environment.

In this healing weekend, experience the wonder of new perspectives, good company, delicious food in a magical space and … Soul Collage

Facilitated by Win Griffen, Ph.D., and Gail Warner, M.F.T, Soul Collage is an intuitive process of gathering images from magazines or other materials and creating 8” x 5" cards of small collages that express the wisdom of the psyche. A card might reveal:

  •  An awareness about what you need
  • Where you might be getting or are stuck
  • What wants to be seen in a new light
  • What you are integrating
  • and many other insights

All of the images mirror the incredible innate wisdom that’s within us all when we make the time to slow down to really look and listen.
