Honor someone you know for our next Caregiver’s Retreat.

Care for the Caregivers is a program honoring people who have served others in significant ways. Either an individual or a group can nominate a caregiver by giving a donation of $125, which contributes to that nominees weekend expenses. A caregiver can be anyone who is of service to the community. The 2008 weekend is currently being planned. Check back for details in the next several weeks.

Two weekends per year are dedicated to the nurturing of caregivers and those whose lives are an example of service to others. Often, people in service do not do much for themselves. This is a chance for them to really let down and be someplace for an entire weekend with NO expectations. They have space to relax, enjoy a creative project, have a massage, do some singing, laugh and share with one another.

Since our first caregiver retreat weekend in March 2006, we've held two retreats per year, sponsoring many amazing caregivers by honoring them with a no-expense weekend at Pine Manor. Each weekend has had a wonderful mix of people who have quickly connected with one another.
